Back Pain is one of the most common ailments. Nine out of ten adults will experience back pain at some time in their life, and five out of ten working adults will have back pain every year. The pain is often divided into pain in the neck, upper back, lower back or tailbone regions. Pain can radiate to the extremities because there are large nerves that originate from the spine and go to the legs and arms and any blockages will create a feeling of pain, or even numbness and pins and needles.
