Fibromyalgia - Videos (Please Wait for Download)
Fibromyalgia Fibromyalgia is chronic pain within different areas of the body. It is also associated with fatigue, bowel dysfunction, chronic sleep disturbances and depression. The pain associated with fibromyalgia can also include prolonged muscle spasms, nerve pain, muscle twitching, tingling of the skin, weakness in the limbs, and palpitations. This can be widespread throughout the body or be localized in areas such as the arms, legs, neck and shoulders, or back etc. Most fibromyalgia patients have diets which are high in refined carbohydrates and low in fruit and vegetables. Essentially it's the live enzymes in fresh fruit and vegetables which are responsible for maintaining proper metabolic functions and a depletion in these results in hormone level irregularity, lethargy and pain.
